8.1.5. take any other actions appropriate to remedy such breach.

9. Term and Termination

9.1. These terms and conditions shall apply during the period of your registration.

9.2. Get Set 2 Move Ltd.. will hold your data and registration details online in its systems for at least ninety (90) days following effective termination of your registration as a user of Get Set 2 Move Ltd..

11. General

11.1. These Terms and Conditions of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

11.2. In relation to these terms and conditions, no delay or failure to act will be construed as a waiver of or in any way prejudice Get Set 2 Move Ltd..'s rights. No waiver will be effective unless it is in writing. A waiver of a breach will not waive any other breach.

11.3. If any of these terms and conditions is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that term or condition will severed and the remaining terms and conditions will be enforceable.
