This is a live Property Auction with a real Auctioneer. Sellers are protected by the reserve price agreed before the auction. The property cannot be sold for less than this price. There is a start time and bidding continues until the highest bid is reached. When the bidding finally stops, the auctioneer calls the traditional Going once, twice… when the call of Sold appears on the bidding screen, a binding contract exists.
